Revolt Studios Free Shoot Policy

Overview:
At Revolt Studios, we strive to provide great photography experiences. Please review the following guidelines for booking and attending a free shoot.

Booking & Deposit:

• A $50 refundable deposit is required to secure your free shoot. It will be refunded if all terms are followed.

• No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• If weather conditions are bad, the shoot will proceed unless you choose to cancel or reschedule. If weather is unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule.

• Changes (cancellations/reschedules) must be made by 10:00 AM two days before your shoot to avoid losing your deposit.

Late Arrivals:

• Late Fee: $25 if 20 minutes late, $50 if 40 minutes late.

• Sessions will not be extended, even if you’re late.

• Photographers arrive 15 minutes early. If they’re late, we’ll apply a discount to your session.

Photo Ownership & Usage:

• Revolt Studios retains ownership of all photos.

• We provide a royalty-free usage license, allowing you to use photos for personal use, but a one-time fee applies for commercial use.

• We may use your photos for advertising and promotional purposes.

• You agree that anyone in the photos has given permission for their likeness to be used. You are responsible for handling any legal issues related to this.

• All digital files and negatives remain the property of Revolt Studios.

Location & Studio Use:

• Free shoots are only available at designated outdoor locations.

• No indoor studio shoots for free sessions.
