Photography booked as a personal session is intended for private, non-commercial use.

Commercial use includes advertising, business websites, sponsored or monetized content, marketing materials, product promotion, professional services, and revenue-generating activities.

If your photographs will be used commercially, please return and select Commercial Photography. Commercial usage requires appropriate licensing.

A commercial photography license defines how, where, and for how long your finished photographs may be used.

Licensing may include permitted distribution platforms, advertising, geographic territory, duration, exclusivity, and third-party use.

Your photography agreement defines the usage rights included with your project. Payment for a session does not automatically grant unlimited commercial usage or transfer copyright ownership.
