Payment Types Accepted

Revolt Studios accepts Debit and Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Affirm, Cash App Pay and ACH. Business Check, Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, are accepted. No personal checks accepted.

Deposit

Revolt Studios does not require a deposit for personal shoots, all payments are due in full upon booking unless you choose to use the installment option provided below.

Travel

Revolt Studios has locations in Los Angeles County (CA),  Dallas County (TX) and, New York City (2 Boroughs). Specific location details will be provided during the online booking process.

All shoots that require travel by air and hotel accommodations must be quoted and cannot be paid in installments.

For Installment Payments Only

Capture the moment now, pay at your pace. Opt for our convenient installment payment option, and your payments will be seamlessly processed by either Klarna or Affirm. Navigate through your repayment journey by adhering to the Terms and Conditions outlined by your chosen provider. For any inquiries related to billing, reach out directly to the provider you’ve selected – be it Klarna or Affirm. Experience the freedom to shoot now and manage payments later with our flexible payment solutions.

All Personal Sessions are bookings in which the final delivered images will not be used for business purposes. If you need images for business purposes please book a Commercial Session.

We will be capturing and discussing the images as we go. Inspecting the shots in this way helps us to determine their viability for use in representing your personal brand. In doing so, we will be able to adjust the focus of the session to account for anything we feel you could additionally benefit from along the way.

At the end of the session, we’ll do a review of the images. You’ll be narrowing them down to only your favorites that you’d like to keep for edit and retouch, or additional images you would like to purchase.

Each session comes with a set number of edited jpeg images depending on the session you reserve. Each additional edit costs $29 per image and can be ordered through the proofing gallery. The option to buy out all the images from your session is always available, to do so contact the Booking Team.

Note your shoot will start at the scheduled time, so it’s best to come ready to shoot or to book enough time to allow for hair/makeup and/or styling. Either way, feel free to bring your glam team.

Below we have provided a list of MUA’s (makeup artist) we recommend in our primary cities of operation. Note: all recommended stylists are independent contractors and therefore set their own rates and fees separate from Revolt Studios. Revolt Studios is not responsible for any services and/or agreements booked/made between you and independent contractors.

Important Notice Regarding Personal Shoot Agreement

We want to ensure that your personal photography session with us proceeds smoothly and meets your expectations. To clarify the terms and conditions that apply to your session, please note the following:

1. Agreement Inclusions

All personal photography sessions, whether for up to 1 hour or 2 hours, are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our “Personal Shoot Agreement.” This agreement is designed to establish a clear understanding between you (the Client) and us (the Photographer) regarding the services provided, image usage, payment, and other important aspects of your photography session.

2. Online Accessibility

The Personal Shoot Agreement is easily accessible online, allowing you to review its contents at your convenience. We believe in transparency and want you to be well-informed about the terms and conditions that govern your photography session.

3. Digital Signature and Identify Verification

Before finalizing your booking and payment for your photography session, we kindly request that you digitally sign the Personal Shoot Agreement. Your digital signature indicates your acceptance and agreement to the terms and conditions outlined within the document. This step helps ensure that both parties are on the same page and that your personal session proceeds smoothly. Since all contracts are legally binding Revolt Studios also requires online identity verification via Persona® to insure all contracts are signed by the intended party.

4. Protecting Your Interests

By making the Personal Shoot Agreement accessible online and requiring your digital signature, we aim to protect your interests and provide you with a hassle-free experience. We believe in open communication and strive to address any questions or concerns you may have before you commit to your session.

Why do you require identity verification?
Revolt Studios uses Persona, a third-party verification service. Identity verification is required to mitigate the risks of fraud, identity theft, and other forms of criminal activity such as human trafficking. A government-issued Photo ID will be required to book online.

When will my images be ready for review?
Images are usually uploaded to our proofing site within 3-5 business days for client review.

What is Basic Editing?
Your digital gallery will be lightly edited by your photographer – i.e. basic color, cropping, and lighting adjustments – as a complimentary service. It does not include Photoshop image manipulation of objects, faces, bodies, or clothing. Editing styles vary by the photographer. To request adjustments to the editing style (available for an additional fee), you must first purchase photos.

How long does it take to edit the images after my shoot?
Edits can take up to 14 days to complete, rush edits are available for an additional fee.

What’s your refund policy?
You have up to 24 hours from the time of payment for a full refund, this refund policy does not apply to same-day photo shoots.

Are there fees for canceling?
In the event of cancellation outside of the (24) hour grace period, 100% of the total session fee including any invoiced add-ons or overages shall be liquidated damages to Revolt Studios, LLC in the event of a breach of contract by the client. The client shall also be responsible for payment for any Revolt Studios, LLC material charges incurred up to the time of cancellation. Revolt Studios will allow the client 30 days to apply 50% credit of the session fee only towards a new booking.
